This business lied about their intentions

This company is a scam. They deducted 54.95 from my checking account and said they would mail me the refund amount. I have not received my money. They will not respond to any of my e-mails. Something has to be done about this as it is obvious I am not the only victim. I was lucky and they only scammed me out of my once and not two or three times.
