Low cost online DVD rentals

Last November I enrolled in Inteliflix to save a few bucks on DVD rentals. I paid for a full year up front. Right away there was a shipping problem. It always took a good week to get a title. We suffered through. Had a couple of scratched disks. Never saw them again.
Finally this Summer one of the envelopes was lost and I had to send two DVDs in the same one. They claimed they never got it. I called them on it and the fact that I had signed up for 3 out at a time and currently had only one out. They admitted a fault and offered an extra month.

Well they did not make it to the extra month nor did they make it through the final three months. I have not recieved a new DVD in over three weeks and have none at home.

I have emailed them and opened three or four new complaint tickets and they will not answer me. They do not give refunds.

They suck at shipping, and service. Don't commit to a year of ssssllllloooowww service and finally a full lack of integrity in a contract. Don't bail on your current DVD rental company for this save a buck idea. You just waist your money and time.
