I originally placed an order for custom packing tape with this company for a grand total of $232.10. This was in March, and I was told that we would have the product in 6 weeks. I called in June and said that I had never received my product. They told me they had no way of knowing who I was and if I had placed an order. I called them every day for a month, and they told me the same thing, and never allowed me to speak with anyone else. I told them to make a note of who I was and to cancel any orders I had placed.in July, (A month later) I received a charge on my credit card for $1371.05. And another one 15 days later for $1791.55. I was absolutely frustrated at this point and called the company to get the same response. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and the money was refunded. Now, the next month, I have two charges on my card. One for $935.04 and one for $1735.02. I have disputed these again.
I can't believe the amount of money they are hoping I won't notice! My recommendation is to never engage in a single phone call with these people.
