I witnessed K-5 teacher becoming angry/agitated with children and then physically touching children by squeezing their arm and/or shoulder Ripoff

I have 3 children attending THA ages 7 thru 11 years. Recently, I witnessed a very popular kindergarten teacher (Mr. A — ) raising his voice to a very nice parent in a manner that seemed to belittle her. She was so embarrased that she left Mr. A's (K-5) class red-faced. A few minutes later as I got into my van I saw this parent sitting in her car - Crying!!! I tapped on her window and asked if I could help and she just stared at me and opened her door. I repeated " Do you need help? Are you ok?" We started talking and she explained that she had questioned an incident with a hammer (to Mr. A) because she had heard that recently Mr. A. Warned the children what would happen if they answered incorrectedly their lesson plan questions. Mr. A was snotty with her when she asked about the hammer. Although, I have heard what a wonderful teacher he is and the principal and other staff worship him because "He is such a wonderful teacher". I wonder? So, these passed 2 weeks I have been hanging around outside his classroom while parents are in and out and I have noticed a couple of things: he is a bit rude with the parents. Some kids tell their parents how much they are scared of Mr. A. And don't want to stay. Children have told their parents" Mr. A. Pushed me onto my chair because I was standing up, Mr. A. Hit me on the shoulder with the pointy stick for the board, Mr. A yelled at me and grabbed me and pushed me into the corner, Mr. A told me to sit on bench and would not let me use bathroom because he said that I could not play in the playground and I had to sit on the bench and I was real sweaty and hot (that statement came directly for a little boy.) Why do these parents continue taking these children back? Are they intimidated by him or by his over-confidence in himself? Or just don't want to make any waves? Which of course that reasoning is insane). Why don't these parents report him? Or maybe they have and since he attended college the principal kisses his a—? Who knows? This is a shame because he is NOT what he is potrayed to be... By the way, he is very flamboyant... Do Christians accept homosexuality as long as its not admitted out loud? Something I am wondering about...? I agree this is not the best school. Why do I keep my kids here? Well, unfortunately I am a single mom, I live and work very near the school and my van is breaking down and if worse comes to worse I can take a bus-so, in short its currently convenient for me. I have no complaints about my children's teachers and my children do not have learning disabilities so I cannot complains about any special services lacking. The main benefit is that its only a few students per class - except in K-5, there appears to be 21-23 children for one teacher (Mr. A) maybe thats it! He needs help - an assistant. Maybe he is stressd??? That is a possibilty too. Regardless, he is still wrong if he really is belittling the kids and parents. And about the hammer - that is a grave concern. I PRAY THAT GOD WATCHES OVER THAT CLASS ESPECIALLY!!! Maybe the school should consider: INSTALLING A CAMERA... AND by the way, as for the $3. Plus per day for lunch. The food comes from Winn Dixie. So, there is NO incredible cook at THA. If you like Winn Dixie's hot food then don't give THA's cafeteria the credit - only to thank them for over-pricing parents!!!
