Unauthorized ach withdrawal of 149.00 to my checking account when i applied for a pay day loan

I cant believe that i ask for financial help and i get the shaft. This company made an unauthorized $149 ach withdrawal to my checking account when i applied for a payday loan. How dare they take advantage of someone in fiancial need. I am trying to re-establish my credit. Thanks for putting me back in the hole again. Not to mentoin tapping into my overdraft and creating a NEGATIVE balance and also making me pay a $25 overdraft fee. I hope there is a lawyer out there that wants to get all of us together to sue the pants off you and put you in the hole
