Took an unauthorized ach withdrawal from my checking account when i applied for a payday loan

While applying for a pay day loan the company listed took money from my account. When I spoke with them on the phone they stated that I had to write a letter to get my money back. I did not write a letter for them to take it but they did. I hope this company is caught!
