The company has not delivered on the technical support as promised when I signed up for an e-commerce business. Ripoff

I am a senior citizen.in March I received a call from a Startup Essential representative, explaining how I could start a home-based business with little start-up cost and earn extra income within a couple of months of signing up with them. Since I am retired, I thought I could devote a couple of hours daily to something like this.

I was hesitant to sign a non-cancellable lease, but was assured that the company was a reputable one, and was a member of the Better Business Bureau. I have learned that the BBB has since withdrawn their membership due to a number of complaints.

When I signed the contract, I was not told the monthly charge would go to A-1 Leasing, located in Grand Rapids Michigan. I am very disappointed with the company because I have not earned a cent since my website was launched.

Whenever, I try to contact Startup Essential for technical support the company has turned the business over to an answering service who will take your call and promise someone will respond within 24 hours.

That is totally unacceptable.

What is my legal obligation to continue payment to this leasing company? Should I contact my bank and order them not to pay anymore money to these charlatans?
