This company is taking advantage of consumers by getting them to enroll in a free credit reporting services. After the trial period is over they claim that all you have to do is send an email to customer service and then you will be removed from the subscription.
This is a lie. I enrolled in this service. On the very first day that I enrolled. I sent an email to customer service to disenroll me from the program. I did not receive a response. I sent another one a week later. Still no response. So I decided to call them. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before I decided to give up. No one was answering the phone.
It took 2 full billing periods before I was deenrolled from this program.
What's more. I talked with my cousin and she had also been taken advantage of by the same program.
Wish someone would like 20/20 would expose them.
