This Realtor told an 86 year old seller that he personally thought it would be a good idea to vacate her condo in order to sell it. He gave her his word HE would personally be responsible for the care of her condo. He has denied having utilities and A/C turned off. He has turned down offers to buy her condo, (saying if she wanted to just" give it away" he would buy it) and advised her to hang on to it. The seller has been informed that the condo is in disrepair, and has mold growing (due to A/C being off). The realtor has denied any and all involvement (including changing of locks) in this matter. He has plain lied to this lady from the beginning.
