Ok, so look, normally didnt have any problems with them... Then about a week ago went to put money on the phone so my husband could call me, and it said it had accepted my payment. Well a few hours later when my husband tried to call me the system said I had NO MONEY on the phones... I put $50 by the way... So I called and they told me (rudely enough) that my card bounced bak... Which is BS, Because I called my card company and they said that the funds were there and the global tellink company was holding the money, so then I ask to speak to a supervisor, NO RESPONSE,
So now, I called again this morning and they are trying to tell me I OWE money because my card bounced back, BUT IT IS THEIR system! So I cant talk to my husband, Im over $125 in the hole and Global Tel link, wont answer calls or return anyones calls... What do i do??? Contact consumer affairs?
