There is a phone system that the jail uses to call there loved ones called GTL, This company called a GTL is ripping everyone off and Kenosha county should really look at another phone system to for the inmate / s to call there loved ones due to the fact that we (the loved ones) and the inmate / s are being ripped off and that's just not fair to anyone. I put $59.99 it cost me $9.95 to do it, on my phone number to talk to my husband and only was able to get to speak for a around 8 min the first call before it cut off, 1 min the second call before it cut off, 2 min the third call, 6/7 min the forth call, out of 10 phone calls I maybe got 3 out of 10 calls, $4.89 left on the phone with only, I am not going to add more to the phone if it's going to just waist my money and time, Not only that but I will never see my $4.89 left because GTL doesn’t answer there phone, it's always we are experiencing a heavy volume of phone calls please try again later HERE IS THE WESITE www.gtl.net

My question is who should I complain to about this so called business ripping people off this is theft/Fraud.
P.S. Added as of today, stupid me put more money on it so I can try to talk to my husband ripped off again. I had $25.00 on it and only got three call out of 5, what is going on? This service is nuts and someone needs to look into this matter.
