American standard financial they took 388.00 dollars out of my bank account ripoff

They called me told me that if i gave them 359 dollars they would send me my grant of 4,500.00 dollars. That was in july, ive called them and they keep given me the run around about it. They will not reinburse the money. They cause me to have a over draft witrh my bank of 31.00 dollars. And now i am out of the money.
