On 08/07/07 A 6" X 24" Window Glass Was Replaced By This Company. I Had Used Same Company Apprx. 5 Year's Ago To Replace Same Glass & At That Time Their Charges Were: $15.00.
This Time, The Service Man Arrived 15 Minutes Late, Spent NO More Than 12 Minutes Total, Installing The Glass. He Then Left & Was Gone 15 Minutes. He Returned & Presented Me His Bill Of: $92.81! I Advised Him & The Lady Who Answers Their Telephone Of My SURPRISE & Dis-Satisfaction Of Their OUTRAGES Charges. Both Advised Me, That Their "Service Charge" Of $65.00 Was Very High & They Were Sorry. This Company Is Located Only Eight BLOCK's From My Residence.
I'm Retired (Disabled) & Feel They Took Advantage Of Me!
I Have Filed Complaint's w/BBB, District Attorney & KS. Attorney General.
