This is a copy of an email I sent to the "so called manager" (make believe person)
Hi Romie, I am trying to get a response from someone!
I have been waiting 2 years for my refund. I have been
calling for 2 years and get nothing but the run
around. Today "Lisa" suggest I email you for faster
response since your voice mail is always full. I also
have called headquarters leaving messages with no call
backs. How unprofessional.
I've been more than patient, I've updated all my new info so there should be no delays. I think I am entitled to $99.95 from 1/28/05 and $239.40 from 2/10/05. I would expect nothing less for getting the RUN AROUND for 2 years.
If you really care about customer service then this
should have been taken care of. I have all my
paperwork, all the calls logged (and the answers I was
given). I'm losing my patience!
Please look into this, and take care of it.
