So I have been a voicepulse customer for YEARS... And on a development account that I have and use on occasion to check configurations or just have as a backup, they took $50 from me a few years ago...
I have just let that money "sit" there all this time and they are getting the benefit of that money...
BUT now that is not good enough for them...
A few days ago, I got an email that now says there is a $10 min monthly fee...
A few days after that, I got an email that says there will ALSO be a $2.95 fee because they have to obey the law...
When I called to get a refund they said that I was not entitled to one and quite frankly, the guy at the other end of the phone just did not care...
So
STAY AWAY from this company, they are not an honorable bunch...
