We were not aware that Fairbanks capital corp. And Seclect Portfolio Servicing were the same company.
This company has charged us late fees before our payment is even due and put them on our statement. When we try to have them removed they never are.
They have made an erroneous claim on our credit history and when we tried to talk to them about it they said "put it in writing" we have and they still have not removed it even though we sent proof that it was wrong.
They are now saying we owe back taxes that we do not owe, and that we owe them money because they paid them, we pay our taxes ourselves every year to the county and have proof they were always paid.
They have said we have not paid our home insurance, we have been with the same company for five years and have always paid it we have sent them proof of our policy several times.
They are an absolutely impossible company to deal with and we plan on refinancing if we can ever get this staightened out so it does not affect our credit score.
They also start calling and harrassing us if we do not make our payment the very day it is due.
