Complete misrepresentation, non-existent customer service, deceptive, charged for services never rendered...
I saw the CareersFromHome.com banner ad while checking my Yahoo! Email. They should really be told who they have advertising on their site, but then again, they have the worst customer service of any online company I've dealt with besides CareersFromHome.com, so I'm not even going to try to contact them!
I had trouble using the resume building tool on the CFH website. There was a glitch where everytime I added a different job I've had it replaced the previous one I had entered rather than adding to it!
I was very frustrated and sent them a message using the online form on their site that says if you have any problems with the Resume Builder, please make suggestions. I did so, but since I felt my issue needed more immediate attention, I also emailed customer support directly using the email address on their site.
I never got a reply regarding my resume builder "suggestion, " but I did get an automated reply to my email saying to "please allow up to 72 hours" for someone to contact me. Well, after over a week of not hearing back I emailed them again TWICE in the following 2 weeks, only to get failure delivery notices back both times saying their mailbox was FULL! By now I was infuriated!
I could not find a phone number anywhere on their site so I went to google.com to try to hunt it down. That's where I found out that so many others had similar complaints about this sham of a company who takes consumer's money and provides NO SERVICE!
I want my membership fee back!!!
