Blue Hippo I just received an Arbitration Claim in the mail signed fo

I just received Fed Ex signed for NATIONAL ARBITRATION FORUM CLAIM with the CLAIMANT BEING BLUE HIPPO. Demanding the funds I owe on this account where I never received a computer. I have already paid $1300 until I stopped because I never received any merchandise. What can I do? How can they get away with this? With all the complaints against this company they are still advertising on television and demanding monies. I got an email from Consumer Affairs stating they were doing something about this company. What the hell is going on? I am furious!
