I discovered a monthly unauthorized charge to my checking account & realized, looking back, that it had been going on for 7 months. Looking them up on the internet, I found that others have had the same thing happen. I called 800-290-8603 & requested that it be stopped immediately & that I receive a full refund of these charges. The lady said this took place because of a purchase I had made at shoebuy.com. She was hard to understand & argumentative.in the end she said they would stop the charge, and that I would have to fax them a request for the refund, which I have done.
