Tlg Greatfn 15414229 apr 800-290-8603 CT continue to charge on my credit card for $12.99 (3accounts at $12.99 account# XXXX XXXX XXXX 8943CTCI monthly charges

I called CITI bank today May, 19 at 10:42pm Pacific time, the Account Manager Ms. Cheryl said: " I can not do anything until sending the affidavit form by mail to you and then CITI will do the investigation. Nothing can be done to speed up the processing at this moment." She repeated that: "Correct, there is nothing can be done before receive the affidavit form." Then she hanged up the phone.

Pls. Someone can help me on how to get my money back immediately if the CICI can not help me immediately.
