All im going to say is they add fees when they need them not when they are actually justified. Also I am unfortunately a current tenant of B.C. And the house is in a gated community that they have provided zero access for, no gate remotes or even gate codes. I refuse to pay rent on a property I am not living in because they cant provide access.
Calls are always forwarded to voicemail and never a return call and if you go to their office everyone is
too busy to speak to you. We all know they are not on the phone, what is it exactly they do back there?
The person you "need" to talk changes every other day and noone seems to be able to tell me who my current property manager is. Ive dealt with many management companies in my line of work and B.C. Is by far the worst.
How many know what it takes to be a property manger? I do, it takes nothing, no experience, no training, no education, absolutely nothing.
I know this from dealing with them in my occupation, theyve all told me and they start them at a decent salary, but what is it that they are getting paid for if they dont manage their properties?
