I was on a two year interest free payment plan. The payment was sent on time through my banks online payment center. They said the payment was not received on time and charged me a late fee plus interest from day 1 of the loan. It looks like they do this to a lot of people. I suggest that anyone with a bad experience post their experience here AND and file a complaint with consumer. Gov.
Does anyone know how we would go about filing a class action law suit or seek some other type of legal action against this company? While there may only be a few posts to this website, there must be others who have been ripped off.
