I am very upset because 159.95 was electronically withdrawn from my checking account without my authorization causing other checks to bounce. When I called my bank to see what was going on I was informed of the electronic withdrawal and mailed a copy of the report. This scam could cause hard-working citizens like myself to get into a lot of financial hardship-something needs to be done about this. I've called the 800# and no one ever answers. I don't know what else to do; I really need my money.
