The program that AMG promotes is tat if you stick it out through sales and good and bad days... Mostly kissing up to Danata and padding her insecurities, you will be able to run a company.
The problem I saw going to work day in and day out was not that I couldn't make money, but that working with Danata has done nothing for anybody. She brags about a man Rick that has an office that SHE opened. At a convention, I was to find out that she had nothing to do with that guy and does nothing to perpetuate business with him.
That is it. 5 years. 5 years and not much money, far from family, only friends are work "collegues" or drones. What would I get from staying by that.
The final day for me was seeing the owner of the company I work for yelling at people like they are children. Throwing a tantrum b/c people weren't listening. Maybe there is a reason they don't listen. Sales can be taught easily when you hustle all day, but leadership skills can't be learned from a someone like Danata Janofsky. I would never reach my goals sticking by her side and I am glad I realized that. She should spend some time trying to learn herself, instead of just dictating to others what she read in a self help book!
