Com these people keep taking money out of my account which is 14.95 and when i call to cancel they never give me anyone just stick me on hold

This company is a rip-off and people should be aware of this i have been taken for 14.95 which has been taken from my account and recieved nothing so do not give aany information out to this company, and they keep taking money
