Unknown Account on Credit Report I Never Knew Existed

This company, BP/Citi, is on my credit report and is charging me a bill that I never knew existed until I saw my report.

If anyone has had this problem with this company and has found a way to clear it with the credit bureau, I would really like to hear about it.
