Oxmoor house sent an advertisement for a crocheted afgan book in March. The item was not wanted, so I threw the advertisement away.
I received the book anyway and with it a bill for the book I did not order! I emailed Oxmoor house that I would be willing to return the book if they would only send me a postage-paid return address label. I never received a response from them on the issue and the bills continue to arrive.
Today in the mail, I (a customer who's account is in bad standing) received an offer for another book, Upon reading their "response card" at the bottom of their letter, I found in tiny writing at the top, it states "To receive AFGHANS FOR ALL SEASONS, VOLUME 3, the latest volume in the crochet book series, don't do a thing!" There are check boxes at the bottom, including one for "I don't wish to receive my reserved volume or give any gifts" that they expect you to check and send back to them!!! I NEVER joined their "club" and don't even want their publications!!! Why should I have to pay postage for a stamp to tell them I don't want their book?!?
