Oxmoor House again has sent me a recipe book which I did not order and has asked for payment. They have done this before causing me to have to go and pay for its return at the post office. This time I have written to them saying that I now will keep this book and will not pay for it, which I believe is legal.
On previous occasions they have sent me dunning notices of having not paid for publications that I did order when in fact I had paid in a timely fashion.
