Fraud, ripoff, no such internet e-mail address

I went to circuitcity and bought a paper shredder and recieved a reciept saying they were giving away 5 $1000.00 circuitcity gift cards for taking a short syrvey. I went to the site they said to go to take the survey and got no where. There was no survey to take.instead I got the circuitcity ripoff page. I think this company needs to be checked out and sued for fraud.
