I looked at my bank statement today, and saw that I had a charge for 159.95. I looked at the check and saw it was from EDPreporting. I have never even heard of this company. I never filled out an application for a credit card which is what the charge was for. I did fill out applications for payday loans, but didn't get approved. And those I did, if they charged a finance charge of this large amount, I didn't accept the offer.
I have not recieved any money, nor do I wish to. I want to know why I was charged this amount, who these people are, and how they got my bank information. I was using that money for school, and now I'm unable to pay for my summer class. I am unsure what to do, and now I am nervous that more will be taken out of my account without my permission or my knowledge.
