SHOPPINGESSENTIAL fraudulent company dont even know how they got my card number ripoff

Just checked my account online and I see a charge for $26.95 for AP9*SHOPPINGESSENTIALS I don't even know how they got hold of my account number and I find out they are nothing more then a rip off company. Will try to dispute the charges tomorrow. But this company has got to be put out of business
