On July 9th I received a phone call for a free mastercard from Capital First but for only $29.95 I was to try there 2 free trial offers. Well I never received anything they had my adress wrong then my SS# wrong by this time I learned that it was a pay as you go credit card well I didn't agree to that so I cancelled everything right then and asked how to get my $29.95that they had taken out on the 17th of July.
Oh it was unrefundable so I took it as a learning experience. I noticed that two automatic withdraws had went threw on Aug. 6 one for $59.95 and $99.95 first thing in the morning Aug. 7th I was on the phone with our bank all they could give me was a phone number, yes it was 866-892-6018 Capital First. I called them told them I had never received anything and had canceled this three weeks ago oh noone ever put it in the file.
I asked for there fax because to get my money I had to show proff they took my money oh yes I was pretty upset but they can't give you the fax number so I mailed it certified. I called to see if they received my letter because I need my money on the 9th of Aug they give me their fax number and I have been faxing it non stop for 3 days and still their line is busy. My fax is set to dail 10 times till it goes threw also and it has yet went threw when I thought I would research them on line and found out I'm not alone.
