Listed below is the exact word for word email message I received after applying online for a rebate on an I-inc Hanns computer monitor purchased through Tiger Direct.
After numerous attempts (5 or 6) to contact onrebate via phone or email I have received no response or check from the company. As you can see evry step was apporved online by on rebate and the payment was supposedly sent on 11/25/06. When and where was the rebate sent? I expect a prompt response from Mr. Bill Gollan CEO of On rebate. I will take this as far as necessary to get my money or expose them for the disreputable frauds they are.
