Nevada refused to return money paid for service not received

American Loss Mitigation Solutions Nevada are apparently a big ripoff. I paid them $1200.00 last summer to help us obtain a Deed In Leiu of forclosure. I was assured by their agent that the money would be fully refunded if they failed.

Guess what! The home was foreclosed on Dec 8. To this day I have been unable to get my refund or make any contact with this company. I finally got a phone number to call but they wont answer the phone and I am unable to get a valid address for them.

If there is anybody in our situation, and need help I recommend contacting the lender themselves with the advice of an attorney.
