NCM - Processing Center Rip-Off Dishonest, Fraudulent billing & Scam Artist! Central Islip

I returned a coin that i purchased from them from for $49.99 within the 30 days for a prompt Refund of the purchased price minus the $7.99 Shipping & Handling, But i never received my money back!

Then they went back into my credit card account and billed me another $49.99 $7.99 shipping & handling again! And when i found out i had to close out my account, but now they have sent me another coin 2 days ago i dont want it but im scared to send it back to them because they havent sent me back the first money. And they dont have a working number not that im aware of i got a number from the 411 information Operator, but whenever i tryed nothing happened just a ring.

Anyway i got Insurance from the U. S Post Office to make sure that i wouldnt have to go threw something like this but i still havent done anything yet because i was hoping this would be resolved easly, but when i went on-line to try to find something on them thats when i ran into you guys and found out this guys be scam people.
