My elderly uncle ordered one coin at the cost of $19.95, he received the coin along with charges to his credit card for Shipping and Handling of $3.99 and they took the liberty of sending him an additional coin they thought he would like and charged his credit card $8.00. Their kindness did not stop there, they continued to send him shippments and charge his card $19.95, $3.99 and $8.00 every other week for two months. I kept sending the coins back unopened and wrote CANCELED on the envelope, this did not stop. When I tried calling the phone number on the credit card statement I always got a busy signal, never did I get a ring or a person. They have charged his card several hundred dollars and I can't get it to stop so I contacted his credit card company and requested their assistance.
