Missing returned money

Ordered and received ruby ring for $4.95 plus shipping, everything OK. Then received a pendant for $39.99, silver surcharge $8.00 & PH $6.99 which I did nor authorize but was charge to my credit card on 7/70/07. Called them and returned it on 7/31/07. Received confirmation from them that they redceived it on 8/3/07. They state refund will appear on my credit card within 1-2 billing cycles. Never received. Now their telephone number (800) 992-1251 is not in service.
