T.R. C Receiver Services, The Reporting Center they told me that i have won $852,000.00 cash and awards

I recieved a letter 2 days ago stating that i have won $852,000.00 from cash and awards and that all i needed to do was send $19.99 and then they where going to send a letter so i had to sign and give them my bank account number but i didnt. So please if you read what i have writting dont reply to them.
