These people are absolutely nuts. It says...

It also says... You can receive the entire $1,900, 000.00 in Cash and Awards win-opportunity now Scheduled for Payment Whitney, by returning the completed cash and prize access papers along with the required $19.99 Report fee in the envelope here provided.

But please, you must hurry!!! That's because the available sweepstakes/prizes and their relevant deadline dates are strictly enforced by independent contest officials and not the NAAC.

If someone was really giving you something they wouldn't ask for anything in return. I didn't give these people my money because I'm not stupid. If you did you have some serious issues. You have to read and make sure what you are doing. If it sounds too good to be true. Remember this... It probably is.
