American Credit Solutions pulled their scam on us.
We were sent the card promising a 4000.00 credit limit with a 199.95 deposit which was debited from our checking account.
When we recieved a Fed-Ex envelope in the mail we were surprised when the card was for merchandise in a catalog only. Not to mention upset. We have been trying to get our money back ever since with nothing but one put off after another.
They have told us they have to review the tape and made appoitment after appointment to call us to let us hear the tape. KIn most cases they never called back. When they finally called back we heard a tape recording but it was not the conversation that took place. They had altered the recording. We will not give up no matter how long it takes. We will keep calling and calling until our fingers fall off.
I checked the internet and found out that American Credit Solutions is a ficticious name and that the owner of ACS is Green Investment Planning Corporation I dont know if it makes a difference but all the info on ACS the better. The site is Florida Department of State Division of Corporations under the ficticious names. Good luck to all victims of this scam.
