ON March 1, I ordered the additional 6 month supply of gel and batteries along with two more charge stimulators... I was told it would take 2-4 weeks to receive these items... On March 2 my credit card was charged for these items plus shipping... After not receiving the items, I requested my order be cancelled and my credit card refunded... I was told it would appear either on that billing cycle or the next... Three billing cycles later and it has not appeared...
I called the customer service number I have called in the past (1-818-767-3300 ext 2) and was asked if I wanted to place an order... When I asked to speak with customer service I was told they were not in yet... When I called back customer service told me they no longer represented the company (funny, 1 hour ago they were willing to take an order)... I asked to speak with a supervisor and they refused. I asked for the representative's name and he gave me his first name only (Brandon)... I asked for his company's name and he told me that he had to terminate the call... Quickly said his first name and mumbled his employers name and hung up..
I have contacted my credit card company, the state Attorney General's office and am considering contacting my private attorney regarding a class action suit
