Ripoff, fraudulent billing, automatically debited checking account, no response

I was on the internet trying to get a payday loan, I think, and all of a sudden, this charge appeared in my checking account without authorization from me. Contacted but received no calls back, no e-mails of any sort. VERY FRAUDULENT!
