Physician's Healthcare and Development refuses to return my phone call and reply to my email request that they contact me. I purchased the program after reading about it in a www.JOBNEWSUSACOM magazine that I came across. I first the 1-800-772-5933 number listed and then went and looked it up on the internet at there Web Site. Which By THE WAy Neither are avialable now. The phones have been discconnected and the Web Site send you to a FTP site. I was told that I would be able to do medical billing thru thier program of elecontic filing for a fee of a few cent on each billing filed once I was setup. Also told that there was continuously courses and upgrade at no additional charges.
That was in August, I recieve the cd and pursued the on going course sented Letters out too all Doctors on their list plus a few that I got from others sources. I reieve a request back from a few Doctors in May to please contact them in regards to doing thier billing. I went online to get updates and refresh myself on the course, Only to find out I could not get online with them, I then started calling the Phones numbers I had, and found out that they had been disconnected all except for the customer service Number I left several messengers for them to returns my calls, as of 08/03 I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL FROM THEM. I email them to please contact me. As of 08/03 i yet to be contacted. I
I paided $399.00, or i should say my daughter put it on her credit card. I feel that they should return the money or credit my daughter credit card. The $399.00 plus any fee's that are involved. They have not stood up to what they advertise which is consider fraud in my book.
If anyone is aware of how to get in touch with this phd co, please email me via rebuttal to this e-mail. I would like to pursue a law suit agianst them for fraudlent advertisment.
