Took my article from Funds for Writers without permission violated copyright law and refused to pay or remove article

An article I wrote for Funds for Writers was taken by this individual in violation of copyright laws. When I asked her to remove it, she admitted taking it, refused to remove it, stating that I should be honored that she took the work and circulated it. She said that this didn't end here and that she was a SEO writer

When I invoiced her, she refused to pay the bill.
