After 15 (fifeteen) years, as a Degreed HR Mgmt, Veteran, Minority, Adverse Impact area, I have had 0-zero hiring from Greathires.org, owned and operated by the Racist State of Missouri. After 15 years I've had multiple times had to change my personal info because someone at Greathires.org has intentionally changed my info. Why? So they can give an errorneous dipiction of Pablo M. This in turn showing no Degree, Skills or experience leading to multiple rejections in selection thru-out the years. I have had multiple positions denied for no reason than for being Minority when contesting no response. I have had multiple position denied for no reason than for being Veteran.
I have had multiple position denied for no reason than for being Latino. How can a State claiming Minority selection have such a low Minority Hiring Selection because of these racketting, racist, discriminatory practices. I think its time to stop funding the State of Missouri period.
I needed a job and again reviewed my 15 year account to find I did not even have High school, bad employer info and no skills?! I have had 176 views? Its alarming that today in America illegal hispanics have jobs while Veterans, Degreed, and 2&3rd generation Latinos are still fighting for opportunity, but in the State of Missouri they will NOT help, honor or assist you if you are not White. I'm not even Black! I complained five (5) years ago, to no avail or response.
No action, but its clear today 2007 State of Missouri is still practicing Racist, Discriminatory, Retailitory hatred against its US legal citizens for political gain and to destroy those at lower class levels for their racketting friends and family. The Veterans Representative Mike at Independence has had no-one need a Veteran, with a Degree, being bilingual, with computer skills, etc I hope this will happen someday to their children too.
