I was a customer of Kasamba.com for about 4 months.in which time I probably spent well over $700. At first Raven Franks (who I hear has other alias name out there) seemed very compassionate and somewhat accurate... But was just staying on the surface of all of my issues. I rated her stars once because her reading was inaccurate, and she about jumped down my throat asking why I only gave her 4 of 5 stars. I told her it was because she wasn't accurate and I was disappointed I had just spent $100. I only hope the other people who rate 5 stars are doing so based on accuracy, but I doubt it.
I was then unhappy with my very last reading and rated her 2 stars for being just completely off. Soo far off of my situation. Then I knew something was up. They never posted my rating, I went back later to check. It was never posted. No wonder these people seem so amazing, none of the negative feedback is being shared with other users.
What it boils down to is that I believe Raven is using the date of birth to look at birth charts. Everything she has told me is nearly identical to what my birth charts say. So basically she is reading you your horoscope for $12 a minute.
There are real psychics out there, but raven franks is not one of them. I have requested a refund and have yet to hear anythng back from Kasamba.
