Judgment collector; Scott Kohn operating under the name; ITSS Inc. (a name not listed with the California Department of Corporations) failed to pay me on an assigned judgment of over $100,000.00. He also has an unconscionable agreement which in the fine print states that he has 30 days to pay after collection; which is ridiculous as the judgment was paid in certified funds. Nevertheless; he does not pay.
