The company has been recording random incoming phone calls from consumers for training purposes since December through February without a disclaimer informing the customer. The employees did not sign a consent until February. After the comapny realized that they did not have the consent of the employees, they tried to rectify themselves forcing the employees to sign the consent. I thought that in the state of Maryland if a company decides to record random phone calls for "training purposes" both parties must consent. Please advise.
