I purchased the Xilisoft FLV Converter software so I can put videos on the web. I first tested it with a small video file and it worked fine so I purchased it. To my dismay, when I used it for my actual video the audio and video was way out of sync (the audio lagged 3 seconds behind the video). So you see people's mouths moving without sound until 3 seconds later. This is already a show stopper problem, but it wasn't the only problem. The other BIG problem was that the video was very jittery. It was skipping frames all over the place, the people looked like they were doing some kind of robot dance.
I contacted Xilisoft and told them about the problems and asked for a refund. They refused flat out saying they couldn't recreate the problem (I provided all the info at their request). I tried 2 other vendors software and they both worked great the first time. What a SCAM.
I went back to the Xilisoft website and noticed they don't have any refund or guarentee info posted anywhere. Be very careful buying from these folks, if it doesn't work, you loose your money... Or perhaps you can get your refund through PayPal or your credit card company.
