866-370727-0-NV called to cancel, but they are still taking money out of my account ripoff

I had e-mailed them about cancelling, and still they are taking money out of my account. I thought they said it was free, the only thing that I had to pay for was the shipping and handling, but to my avail, that was not true. Every month this shows up on my account - Grant Writer Pro - 866-370727 o NV.

I Do Not want it, it is a scam and I would like all the money that they have taken out put back, if not, I will speak to an attorney about this company and will sue! This is Bad Bussiness! And ripping off the consumer, well, thats just unfair!
